The Guild of Clinton, comprised of business owners, professionals, community leaders and residents who volunteer their time and talent, has represented and promoted community and the social and business interests of Clinton and surroundings for over 40 years. The Guild has watched its efforts turn the town into a thriving business district where families can shop, dine and relax, and local businesses can prosper.
In 2023, Guild Members found significant value as the Guild:
• Generated significant media coverage for member businesses
• Helped bring new and diverse businesses to downtown
• Promoted Downtown Clinton, which helped to set record sales for many businesses
• Presented Come Together Friday Night Music, Pumpkin Fest, Dickens Days and the Christmas Parade.

We’re not just Main Street. Guild membership is open to all Town of Clinton area businesses including those on Old Route 22 and Route 31. With your membership you will receive a listing in the Clinton Guild’s coveted and artfully created Annual Brochure which has an estimated 10,000 piece publication, for distribution in the most highly frequented businesses in Hunterdon, Somerset and Morris Counties. Your Guild listing will include the details of your business and your customized business description. Your customized listing will also be included in the Guild website, www.visitclintonnj.com, along with a link to your website, and postings on our Visit Clinton, NJ Facebook and Instagram pages. In addition, Guild members have the option of adding business related content to our e-mail blasts which go to almost 5,000 unique email addresses. Besides the advertising in the Clinton Guild brochure, website and social media outlets, your Guild membership gives you advocacy and business support, at a yearly costs of just $375. Join us.
We are excited for what this New Year will bring to our wonderful community with your help! In 2024, we plan to expand marketing and promotion efforts and partner with the Town and County through grant initiatives to provide downtown improvements. Our actions are based on the firm belief that people should be able to enjoy their town as a central place to gather, to get to know one another and to build unity throughout our local towns and neighborhoods.
